Soil stabilisation

What is it

Soil stabilisation is the term used to basically turn unworkable ground to a usable state either for a land scape or a earthwork project to civil use and commercial property footings, foundations and such.....

This is achieved by mixing either lime or cement into the workable ground ,which is spread across the surface and then agitated into the earth ......

JAT Soil systems ltd

An introduction

JAT Soil systems ltd was started up by us as we have worked in the industry for 30 years and could see this gap in the market of stabilisation and modification of materials on construction sites. There are plenty of large machines that work in the industry, but no small agile compact machines. Sites that require stabilisation generally had to have large work areas and compounds that could accommodate large machinery moving around. With this in mind we set out to make small machines that could be transported to site as a package in one. Just one trailer with the host machine carrying the attachments for the work. The attachments being spreader, mixer, compaction, and grader. A binder silo would be on the trailer, so the need for a large compound would be significantly reduced and the plant could be taken away at the end of the day if required. This would open up small jobs, the one-day jobs could all be worked by the small machines. These machines are capable of large production up to 400+ cubic metres a day depending on materials used.

The mixers that we offer are compact and range from 1,100mm to 550mm cut. These are easy to use with attaching and un-attaching being quick and effortless. The maintenance is simple with the mixer being lifted in the air or flipped on its back to carry out drum repairs. The Teeth or picks are tapped out and in as required and are standard sizes used in the industry.

Spreaders are built to go with the size of machines you require. These can be made with cut off gates that reduce the width of the spread if required.

Compaction is achieved by vibro plates on the power plant machine, and they can be single or up to 3 plates depending on your requirements.

Grader blade attachment is PAT blade that can have the total control systems add to it if required.

Mobilisation unit: this is a trailer that has been adapted to carry a small silo of 10-20 ton of binder on it and having space to carry the attachments along with the power plant machine as well. This will take up as small as possible area on site, so lessen the impact to site traffic management and general running.

We are doing great deals on these stabilisation set's

As we are the only approved main dealer in the world at present and we are very proud to achieve this ,we are doing great deals on the first 20 sets to leave the factory.
